The Fine Art Society Exhibit at Colony Cottage Recreation Center in The Villages was a great success! I enjoyed chatting with so many art lovers. Our next exhibit is October 5 at Seabreeze Recreation Center. Thanks to our board members, volunteers and sponsors!

 Since 2007 I have painted 100+ oil paintings of landmarks, memorable moments, fun activities and nature at this unique "senior lifestyle" community where I live. Many sold paintings are available as prints on canvas in various sizes.

At ARTS Around the Square at Spanish Springs Ray and Kathy were surprised to see that I had already painted them into the painting. His brother, Danny and his wife Susie have commissioned this painting of Ednas'. The Smiley's Mom was named Edna and so was Susie's grandmother.

On a pleasant January Sunday at ARTS Around the Square at Spanish Springs I enjoyed showing Susie and Danny Smiley the progress of their family painting of Ednas' on The Green. This is my fourth commissioned painting of the venue I enjoy the design process...it's like putting together a puzzle with submitted photos.
