Ohio Valley School of Celtic Dance and Culture

Ohio Valley School of Celtic Dance and Culture OVSCDC provides the local community with Irish cultural events and Irish dance lessons for ages 3 through Adult. Come join us!

Classes at OVSCDC are goal oriented with a dancers personal motivation being the only limit to their achievements. Dancers will begin at the Little Shamrock or Shamrock level and move up as they perfect the required footwork of each class. The intricate steps that make up Irish Dance offer an excellent form of exercise, help to build self-esteem, and are fun! For dancers who choose to perform we offer many opportunities to exhibit this ancient art in our area and surrounding communities.

This consider OVSCDC’s fall fundraisers as we work to fulfill our mission of building confidence and self esteem in young dancers through the art and performance of Irish dance ☘️

Fundraisers go towards purchasing shoes for our shoebrary, repairing items in our costume closet, supporting our scholarship fund, and general items to support our dancers success. 🩷

We are looking forward to great things in 2026 with the upcoming Feochadan Project ✨🧚‍♂️
