A little piece of Arkansas history is hanging on our walls.
We are proud to have several works by Merle Johnson, a local Arkansas artist known for his detailed pen-and-ink illustrations of courthouses and historic public buildings across the state. His work beautifully captures the architecture and character that make Arkansas towns unique.
Johnson spent many years living and working in Arkansas, dedicating much of his career to documenting the state’s historic buildings through limited-edition prints like this one.

These pieces will be available at The Private Collection when we open our doors Friday the 13th during Downtown Live inside the historic 1894 building.
