Kudos to Jeremy of Spence Custom Woodworking! Our customer wasn’t too sure about the raw concrete look in the sim room so we had Jeremy do a little epoxy coating for our customer. Let’s just say he exceeded the expectations. When we say “luxury”, it’s not an understatement. Nothing is impossible. If you have a simulator room vision, no job is too big or too small for us.

So let’s talk custom jobs. I have to say and we can back it up, no job is too big or impossible for Luxury Golf Sims! We had 7’6” of head space to work with. We got it increased to 8’8” and we went from concrete block walls, exposed floor beams, concrete floors and 8x8 supports to the video you see. It took us a few months. A lot of sleepless nights. A lot of stress. But the teams we had to make this happen communicated well and worked flawlessly! There’s still lounge chairs and tvs for the walls to go up yet.

First: Luxe Construction you guys rock! And I’m not just talking Sheetrock, you guys kicked butt and even the last minute issues that come up at times, you executed. Noah & Harley, you guys are awesome! Your drywall team did great! Georgia Carpet Direct pulled off the carpet and helped marry the turf together very well!

Second: Spence Custom Woodworking did all of the wood work and concrete countertops. We still have a little bit to go to the finish line. The customer has decided on epoxy tops and an additional locker and desk with cabinets. So we will update after those. But Jeremy and his family went above and beyond to make our customer happy and the quality has been jaw dropping.

Lastly: Our guys. Jeremy Elden Brian Ewing & Hunter Wright… thank you guys for helping out when just Josh and Cliff couldn’t do it alone. Your help has been appreciated greatly!

So no matter if you want a full custom Sim Room or just a simulator enclosure, we can do it all.

We finished an install and the owners youngest son has been there next to us pretty much the whole build. Watching him take the first swing and the joy on his face and how happy he was… that’s why we do it. It’s a business, but to us it more than just selling and installing a product. This brings a whole new level of entertainment to the whole family!
