Tonight at High Score Saloon

Pinball Social - if you’re new or not a frequent player you’ll get in for free! All ya need is tokens to play the games!

We will be playing a minimum of 6 rounds or until 9:30pm

Join in or leave anytime you like, just please let me know.

Sign ups will start around 6:45pm we’ll start it around 7:00 but join in any time, just head to the round table by the TV and Air Hockey to join and we’ll explain how it all works!

The top 4 players will split a cash prize

Whether you’re wanting to compete or just hang out with a group of like minded pinball folk come on out and give it a try! Wanna come with a friend to try it out but feeling anxious? Let us know when signing up and I’ll see what I can do to keep you and your friend together throughout the tournament.

We’ll also be live-streaming on Twitch , Facebook , and possibly YouTube! And the guy running all of it has a birthday Saturday so stop by and help celebrate 🎉

Live streaming pinball is by far one of the most complex forms of streaming… for example

figuring out the layout,

all the different camera inputs,

learning that each usb port bank has its own data capacities,

learning that usb extensions lose power and data transfer capabilities the longer the cord,

learning that powered usb extensions are a thing,

wtf is hardware encoding (I know now ) ,

how many of every different style of camera extension arms do I need,

why is the mic the only thing that isn’t 3/8 screw ,

if my computer doesn’t stop freezing right before I click start stream I’m gonna lose it,

Where did the internet go?! ,

Where’s that noise coming from all the inputs are muted,

Oh so I can use 2 Logitech cameras , but only if they’re different models,

Why does my computer have a preset to save power from usb ports?! ,

Annnndddddd someone ran the camera trolley into the wall going 60mph ….. welp readjust EVERYTHING now….

Anyways needless to say, it’s a lot of time, work, and energy. WHICH IS WHY YOU SHOULD TUNE INTO IT TONIGHT AT 7pm CST
