The Verve Artist Showcase and Open Mic

The Verve Artist Showcase and Open Mic Stop by every Monday night for a drink and some live music! Then the regular open mic nighters still get their shot too.

Instead of sticking with the traditional open mic style that I've done for the last 5 or so years, Monday's at the Verve are going to be split between open mic (where artists come in to play a few songs) and a showcase (where an artist or band get an hour or so to perform). This way artists that want to get "in" at the Verve so they can play on a more popular night have a chance to get exposed and

show the bar what they've got. Or, already established artists get a chance for a stress free venue to try out new material without the hassle of setting up a sounds system. Naturally, every night probably won't have a showcase, so on those nights we'll go back to the old style I've been rockin' for the last few years. I can provide you with a guitar and a microphone. Let me know if you want to an open mic night spot on Mondays or if you want to schedule a showcase!
