Come visit Colvin Ranch Provisions at the Tenino Agriculture Innovation Park .

July is winding down, and if you've been meaning to make the drive out to Tenino this summer — this is a good week to do it.

Colvin Ranch Provisions is at the Agriculture Innovation Park, stocked with local products from producers across Southwest Washington. New things land on the shelf regularly, and the team is always happy to talk through what's in season, what's worth trying, and what's been flying out the door lately.

If you're passing through or looking for a reason to explore a corner of Thurston County you haven't spent much time in, come say hello.

Have you tried our house pickles yet?

We’ve been making our own pickles since 2017, after testing around six different variations until we landed on the recipe we still use today.

Our house pickles are made with baby cucumbers sliced on a mandolin, then brined in our quick-pickle brine made with:

Vinegar • Sugar • Garlic • Onion • Salt • Mustard • Dill • Turmeric

Customers have told us they use them on burgers and sandwiches at home, chop them up into dips, add them like relish on deviled eggs, use the brine to marinate chicken, or just eat them straight from the container.

They’re bright, tangy, a little sweet, full of flavor, and completely our own.
