I used to live in Manhattan for years, but eventually moved to New Jersey looking for something different. More green, more calm, more space.
I moved to Tenafly and it turns out I found exactly that! I fell in love with the parks, just the overall atmosphere, and the chance to have pets.
At the time, I was a teacher. I truly enjoyed helping people grow and guiding people. That’s something I carry with me to this day.
In 2003, when I decided to buy my own home, I wanted to actually understand the process, and I took a real estate course.
The agent who helped me buy my house saw something in me and asked if I'd come work with her. I felt inspired by my experience of buying my home, and I decided to get a real estate licence.
My first month? I sold a 12-unit multifamily building. By 2005, I was all in and I was dedicated to mastering the art and science of selling and buying real estate.
Those early years came naturally and my business started growing through word of month and referrals. I believe my prior business training and teacher career gave me a great starting point.
But what helped more was something I'd always carried with me: integrity, honesty, and the ability to guide people toward what's truly in their best interest.
Not what's easiest. What's right.
After helping over 700 families buy and sell homes across 21 years, what still gets me going is the same thing that got me on day one.
It’s sharing those moments with people when they experience the happiness and relief of securing a home that lets them live the life they actually want.
Today, I'm grateful to be helping families buy and sell homes in Bergen County for a stress-free, joyful experience.
