Apparently it also must have appropriately dramatic weather. 😂🌧️🐙

Davy Jones brought the storm with him this weekend, but a little rain wasn’t enough to sink this one! 🏴‍☠️

We survived the chalk-apocalypse.🌪️🌋

My bestie Brittany Shepler and I planned complementary portraits. 💜💛 We switched up our favorite colors!

But Mother Nature had other plans. ⛈️ We chalked through wind, hail, rain… and somehow even ash. 💀

Turns out, chalk artists are tougher than the forecast. 💪 I loved seeing everyone show up with so much creativity, determination, and humor. 🎨

Thanks Harrington Center for the Arts for an unforgettable weekend. Next year… can we order sunshine instead? ☀️🤣
