Happy Pride Month from Childsplay!

At Childsplay, we believe every young person deserves to see themselves reflected in the stories they experience and the communities they belong to. This month, we celebrate the joy, creativity, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals and families.

We are proud to foster spaces where all young people can explore, imagine, and express themselves authentically. Through theatre, we strive to build empathy, spark understanding, and ensure every child knows their story matters.

Welcome to the 80s. 📼⚡️

Childsplay’s Teen Theater Ensemble YETi presents a bold new take on Romeo & Juliet, packed with iconic 80s music, high energy performances, and Shakespearean drama.

YETi is a teen theatre production ensemble that gives high school students the opportunity to experience the full frontier of theatre. From production and marketing to fundraising and outreach, these young artists help organize and execute every aspect of a professional theatre production alongside Childsplay staff.

Come support the incredible work of these talented teens and experience a classic story reimagined in a neon-lit Verona full of big personalities, bigger hair, and unforgettable music.

We’ll be at Fan Fusion 2026! ✨

Join Childsplay Academy for two interactive workshops full of creativity, performance, and imagination.

🎭 Teens can dive into theme park style performance with teaching artist Rachel McCabe, whose credits include Universal Studios’ The Beetlejuice Graveyard R***e, The Blues Brothers Show, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Explore improv, audience interaction, and larger than life character work.
📍 West 106ABC Activities Room

🦸 Young heroes can create their very own superhero through acting games and storytelling activities, complete with powers, identities, and epic origin stories.
