There are wounds that no one sees.

Words we still remember.
Disappointments we never expected.
Pain we thought we had already overcome.

And sometimes, without realizing it, we carry those wounds everywhere we go.

But Christ never asked us to carry them alone.

*”Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”* (Matthew 11:28)

Perhaps forgiveness is not about being strong enough to let go.

Perhaps it is about being humble enough to place the hurt in His hands.

To trust that the God who sees every tear also knows how to heal every wound.

And when He heals, He does not simply remove the pain.
He fills the empty place with His peace. 🤍

Days ago I was reminded that fasting is one of the languages we speak with God a language of gratitude.

A quiet way of saying:
“Thank You, Lord, for all that You have done, and all that You continue to do.”

May this fast bring us closer to Him and fill our hearts with gratitude. 🙏✨

Some of the most life-changing conversations don’t happen with other people… they happen quietly within ourselves.
The moments where we stop ignoring our feelings, stop running from our thoughts, and finally sit with who we truly are.

Sometimes one honest conversation with yourself can change everything the way you see life, the way you love, the way you heal, and even the way you move forward.
Because growth doesn’t always start loudly.
Sometimes it starts with a simple moment of awareness:
“Maybe I deserve better.”
“Maybe I need to let go.”
“Maybe I’m becoming someone stronger.”

We spend so much time trying to understand the world around us, but the real transformation begins when we start understanding ourselves.
Your inner voice has power.
The way you speak to yourself matters more than you think.

So be gentle with yourself.
Listen to yourself.
And never underestimate the conversations happening silently in your own mind they might be the very thing changing your life. ✨

Sometimes we think that having a spiritual life means stepping away from real life and responsibilities,
but God never asked us to escape the life we were given.

We pray… and we work or study 📚
We serve… and we keep showing up for our daily lives.
We walk with God… while still living with responsibility, honesty, and love in everything we do.

One of the most beautiful things in this message ( Thessalonians 3:10 ) is the reminder that balance matters, and that a truly spiritual person isn’t the one who runs away from life, but the one who learns how to live it with a heart centered on God 🤍✨

For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.
