Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival The Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival held in the heart of Southern California Wine Country. June 20-22, 2025 to 7 a.m.) This is basic science.

The event is held annually at Lake Skinner Recreational area and park.
