DANCE FIT FUSION w/ EK
A high-energy workout that blends dance, strength training, and mobility for a total-body burn. Move to upbeat music while improving flexibility, coordination, and endurance. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy and have fun! Classes are drop in style, participants may come to one class or all 3 classes.

These classes are"give what you can" / donation based. All proceeds and donations from this class series go directly to Angel Baskets, our local community food bank.

Participants may donate by bringing nonperishable food items to class or donate money directly to Angel Baskets.
