Good afternoon!

Just a couple of announcements!

First and foremost, I'd like you to welcome Rob Kinsey to the team. Rob comes to us with over 30 years of experience in the pro shop industry and owned his own shop! Some of you may recognize him from The Tuesday night US Gauge League. He will be in the Shop Tuesdays and Thursdays 9a-2p for any of your bowling needs.

Secondly, this week is the last week for anyone who attended the Brunswick Ball Demo to redeem your Carlos Pesos! If you have any questions on the demo balls or would like to place an order, we recommend advising us before Wednesday so that the ball can be on this week's order arriving Friday.

The Storm Bionic and Storm Concept release Friday 2/27. Some of you have placed pre-orders and should be arriving Friday. If you'd like to place a pre-order also message us or Stop in the shop before Wednesday.

Lastly, I will be putting up the Pro-shop schedule weekly on our page and it will also be on the Pro-Shop door. As always, you can call the alley and the schedule for the month is with the front desk.

**Attention Brunswick Demo Attendees**

If you attended the Ball demo and ordered a ball, the balls will be in tomorrow and were delayed due to the recent storm. I will be calling you to make appointments so that we can get them drilled up. I will be calling in the order that the orders were placed.

If you ordered a ball and the ball was on hand you should have received a call or will be receiving a call today that your ball is ready for pick-up.

I apologize for the inconvenience as I know you guys are patiently waiting to get your new equipment.
