The Hoot Gibson Memorial Rodeo held its annual Queen and Princess Contest on Sunday, May 31st, and what an incredible day it was!
This year, we were honored to have 3 Queen contestants and 8 Princess contestants competing for the opportunity to represent our rodeo. These outstanding young ladies showcased their talents and character through horsemanship, interviews, speeches, and impromptu questions. They faced every challenge with determination, confidence, grace, and grit, and we couldn't be prouder of each and every one of them.
Please take a moment to meet and celebrate these remarkable contestants!
A special thank you goes out to the Tri-County Saddle Club, Lauren Bromm, and Lisa Thompson for their support and help in making this event a success. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our judges, two exceptional women in the horse and rodeo industry, Taylor Bolling and Dakota Glasshoff, Miss Rodeo Nebraska Teen. Thank you for sharing your time, knowledge, and encouragement with our contestants.
Congratulations to all of the girls who competed. Your hard work, sportsmanship, and dedication to the western way of life truly shined throughout the day. We are excited to see what the future holds for each of you!
Thank you Cassie Z Photography for being our professional photographer for the royalty and the rodeo! We are so truly grateful for you!
