Just a few days away from the first All Levels Hatha Yoga class!
Class on Wednesday, September 2nd from 6:30-7:45pm is FREE to try!

Classes will include a variety of poses - standing, seated, prone, supine and kneeling - and their variations, practiced in a way to increase focus in the mind and strength, balance and flexibility in the body. Modifications offered. Beginners as well as more experienced yoga practitioners are welcome. Start where you are.

If you have a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and strap please bring with you. Mats and blocks available to borrow while supplies last.
