When someone is gone at just 42 years young, it makes you pause and reflect on your own life. There were so many people who came to her services yesterday, which shows just how much Chandra shared her life and love with others. While I only met her a few times, I could tell she was an amazing and bright woman. I had her oldest son in the classroom and only a compassionate, loving woman with some help from her friend Jesus could raise such an upstanding young man. Same goes for his younger brother.

Chandra regularly posted Bible versus on Facebook and I saw this verse on her page a few weeks ago. How fitting is this, one of the last verses she left. I’m sure she will be there too for those that loved her most. Please say a prayer for her husband and two boys.

I got one of the coolest request just before this holiday season and was so happy to bring life to an idea:

“I am open to whatever you think looks and works best! Our best friend was the safety project manager for the Star Wars project at Disney world. His dad inspired his love for Star Wars and just passed away from cancer before he could make it down there to see it. I trust whatever you think works.“

I got this order from local realtor for the sweet family she was working with. Yesterday, they closed on their family home after their father’s recent passing.

This is such a precious way to remember a childhood home. I will be creating a listing for color Home portraits in January. Keep an eye out!
