Jesse Pospisil was one of those rare people who helped make Taylor feel like home. Whether it was through the barbecue world, community gatherings, or simply sharing laughs and good times with friends, Jesse helped keep alive the spirit of small town Texas fellowship and hospitality. His impact on the local barbecue community, especially the cookoffs, friendships, traditions, and memories made around those family BBQ pits will not be forgotten. Taylor lost a good man, and the barbecue family lost one of its own. Men like Jesse do not come around often, and the memories he created with so many of us will live on for generations. Our heartfelt prayers go out to his family and close friends.
