Our instructors are professional choreographers/performers who are experts in their field. They are passionate about the world of movement, dance, and fitness and love sharing this passion with their students. Their ultimate goals are to help others learn skills, practice, and achieve all of their goals. Pole Dance Sport is not just about pole dancing and fitness, but about creating a friendly com

The first word that a person hears when starting to practice yoga is β€œasanas”. At first, it may seem strange, not familiar. But, in fact, everything is not so difficult: asanas are comfortable and stable postures in yoga. It only takes a few sessions and you'll get used to it.

Each asana is a small universe.
And before performing any pose, you need to get to know it well: how to do it correctly, which organs and muscle groups it affects.
And, most importantly, is it right for you?

Now I will explain. It is no secret that yoga was originally intended for healthy people. But those who suffered from various diseases and began to practice suddenly noticed a wonderful effect: migraines disappeared, knees stopped cracking, and intervertebral hernias disappeared without surgical intervention... And there are a lot of such examples. And such examples could not have happened without knowing the intricacies of the asanas performed.

Each asana has its own positive effects, and almost every one has contraindications. For example, headstands and shoulder stands should not be done for those who have increased intracranial pressure, retinal detachment. This must be taken very seriously.
