Hello Friends of Studio A Gallery!

Athena and Max would like to invite you to the grand opening of StudioA, on September 24, 2016, 2-6 PM at the Morrell Mansion estate on the border of Irvington and Tarrytown, 830 Broadway (across from Sunnyside). Formally Studio A Gallery of 52 Main Street, we now present instruction in drawing and painting at this beautiful new setting, both in our studios and outdoor adjacent shaded patios. Please join us in celebrating the offering of these great art classes. A list of class days and times will be available, as well as some afternoon snacks. We look forward to a great afternoon!

StudioA: Soon to open at its new location.

Before we move into our wonderful new studios in the Moller Mansion at 830 S. Broadway, on the border of Irvington and Tarrytown, we want to share with you some previous moments of Studio A Gallery (2009- 2015). These are beautiful memories that we cherish deep in our hearts, and thought these moments would be of interest to our continued Friends of Studio A. The new classes will begin in September, and you can make an appointment with Athena to go over this new class schedule after Labor Day. StudioA began over 7 years ago as Studio A Gallery on Main Street in Tarrytown. StudioA provides professional studio classes (not “arts and crafts”) for serious students only. Beginner to Advanced classes are offered that includes college/university Portfolio Preparation. Our previous high school students have found successful entrance into professional art schools, some with impressive art scholarships, such as Cooper Union, MICA, etc. Studio A also offers live-model classes, portraiture and n**e drawing and painting, and in the future, mixed media classes. Gift-cards are available for all our classes.

Thanks! to all who support me and Studio A Gallery... We Made It!!!
As soon as I arrived I Roma, Italy , my phone not working( AT&T sucks!) and I felt like entered into another world... That world I only could describe as magnificent , breathtaking and powerful! I drowned into the ocean of art and felt what I have been done with my own art is not even a drop of water ... I came back last night, exhausted and limped... Can't see , can't walk... Totally shacked by the experience of 7 days in Roma and Florence...
Yes! My show went very well. I was the guest of honor of US embassy(Italy). Met the ambassador .Together we walked through my show... What an honor!
