*THE PARK IS LIMITED TO FAMILY USE ONLY (buses and large groups prohibited)
*USERS MUST BE FROM 2 TO 12 YEARS OF AGE, MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR ADULT GUARDIAN and NO ADULTS ALLOWED WITHOUT A CHILD
*USE SPLASH PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO LIFE-GUARD ON DUTY
*NO GLASS, FOOD OR BEVERAGES (EXCEPT WATER) INSIDE THE FENCED AREA
*NO AMIMALS INSIDE THE FENCED AREA (EXCEPT CERTIFIED GUIDE DOGS FOR THE LEGALLY BLIND)
*USERS MUST SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE FENCED SPLASH AREA
*DO NOT USE THE SPLASH PARK IF YOU HAVE INFECTIOUS DISEASES OR OPEN WOUNDS OR ARE ILL WITH DIARRHEA
*DO NOT DRINK THE WATER IT IS “RECIRCULATED” (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH RECLAIMED)

*WE ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM SMOKING INSIDE THE SPLASH PARK GATES
*The City of Tarpon Springs is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
*Running, roughness, horseplay and other disturbances are prohibited.
*Do not climb, hang, swing or pull on the Splash Park equipment.
*No pool toys or floats are permitted inside the Splash Park.
*Children that are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.
*The Splash Park is for recreational use only. No bathing permitted.
*Water shoes or sandals are recommended. Street shoes are not permitted within the Splash Park.
*No skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles or scooters permitted in the Splash Park. Strollers, walkers and wheelchairs are permitted.
