Feisty Fitness Co. is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Pole Dance Instructor to join our team.
We’re currently seeking an instructor to lead our Beginner Pole 101 classes, helping new students build confidence, strength, and body awareness in a supportive, welcoming environment. Additional opportunities are available for instructors interested in teaching Intermediate and Advanced classes as well.
At Feisty, we believe pole fitness should be empowering, inclusive, and fun. We’re looking for someone who loves teaching, encourages students of all backgrounds, and is excited to be part of a positive studio community.
💜 What we’re looking for:
• Experience teaching pole dance and/or fitness classes is a plus, but not required
• Strong focus on safety and proper technique
• Positive, encouraging teaching style
• Reliable and professional
• Beginner-friendly instruction skills (preferred)
We welcome experienced instructors as well as talented pole athletes who are ready to take the next step into teaching. If you’re motivated, coachable, and excited to inspire others, we’d love to connect.
