Would you pay $350 to save this mower deck? 👀
It had heavy rust and an unpainted underside. I patched it with steel plate, flux core welded and ground the repairs, then applied rust reformer, automotive primer, and orange paint.
The goal was function, not a cosmetic restoration, and the customer was very happy.

I’ve recently been given the chance to work on more complex bigger stainless steel tables, it hasn’t been too much different although the need for braces and proper fit is much more apparent with bigger projects. My welding and fitting skills have improved significantly since the recording of this. I’ll show some better welds soon 💸✌🏼
