🎨 Understanding Art: WHAT ARE LINO PRINTS?
Linocut, or lino printing, is a relief printmaking process where an artist carves an image into a sheet of linoleum.
Ink is rolled onto the raised surface, and the carved block is pressed onto paper or fabric to create bold, graphic prints. Each handmade print reflects the artist's craftsmanship and design.

🎨 Understanding Art: WHAT IS ETCHING?
Etching is a traditional printmaking technique where an artist draws onto a metal plate coated with a protective ground. The exposed lines are etched into the metal using acid, creating grooves that hold ink.
The plate is then pressed onto paper, producing beautifully detailed prints with delicate lines and remarkable texture.
