Her work portrays obsolete technology, abandoned industry and vintage advertisements.

Hi everyone 🤍 It’s been a long while.

Without a studio space, creating has looked different lately - smaller, at-the-table explorations. I’ve been experimenting with rabbit fur drop earrings (my first attempts!), and most have already been gifted away.

I’m hoping to carve out time for beadwork soon. In the meantime, I finally cracked open my sketchbook to start something new...

Wanishi Ahi for an incredible Homecoming: The Lenape Speak 2025 with the Lenape Nation of PA!
It was truly special to welcome so many home to Lenapehokink from across the U.S. and Canada—to gather in celebration of music, art, food, community, games, and traditions.

This year marked the first full two days of programming - beautiful, inspiring, and yes, a little exhausting! We even closed with an amazing musical performance by the talented Coco Peila. I hope to see you all again soon!

🎨 Exciting News: New Exhibition Reception!

This past week I retrieved my work from both the State Museum of PA and Midnight Gallery - and now I’m honored to share that both my mother and I have work included in Enduring Presence 2025: Art of the Fourth Crow at the Pocono Gallery, Northampton Community College. This powerful show highlights contemporary + historic art of the Lenape Nation Of Pennsylvania

📍 Keystone Hall, NCC Pocono Campus
🗓 Opening Ceremony + Reception: THIS Thursday, Oct 2 (10 a.m.–1 p.m.)
🕙 Gallery Hours: M–Th 8–7, F 8–5, Sat 10–3

I’ll be traveling for work during the opening, but hope you can attend + support!

✨ Oh what a night! ✨ The Rhythm & Glow opening at Midnight Gallery was pure disco magic on Saturday - huge thanks to all my friends and art fam who came out to celebrate! 🪩💃 The show runs through Sept 26th, so there’s still plenty of time to boogie down and catch it. Don’t miss out!

It’s been a little quiet here, juggling the day job and life stuff...BUT I’ve been getting some art-related things done behind the scenes! These two pieces just got freshly framed and are heading out to two different exhibitions soon… stay tuned for details ✨⁣

Also a big milestone: we finally got my litho press onto a sturdier frame with wheels! Bonus- it survived the journey to a new storage spot. Couldn’t have done it without my partner and fam - seriously, thank you guys 💪🖤⁣

Huge thanks to my fam and everyone who came out to the Art of the State reception and awards at The State Museum of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg on Sunday! 🎨 (and than you James for getting us there) It was an honor to be included among 94 incredible artists from all across Pennsylvania. 👏

Great to catch up with the amazing book artist and engraver David Moyer, and I even spotted some cool historic signage along the way. 🪧 Proud to represent the little ole town of Bethel in this amazing show! 😄

Congrats to all the award winners - what a talented group! 🏆✨
