This is the services information for my grandmother. There have been alot of people asking and sending their condolence. We deeply appreciate all of you.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 11 a.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 12704 Wolfsville Rd., Smithsburg, MD, with her pastor, Rev. Eric R. Moser officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to BridgingLife Dove House at BridgingLife Development Office, 200 Memorial Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157 or St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Wolfsville.

To all our visitors that have come into the studio and remember this sweet soul sitting at the table coloring.... she left this earth today to be with jesus.
We are deeply saddened at my grandmother's passing and ask everyone for prayers of peace for my family during this difficult time. Details will follow about her arrangements if you would like to say goodbye.

Please do not forget this weekend will be the LAST weekend the studio will be open. Everything is 50% off.

Firehouse Family Affair

Our names are Harmony Autry & Melody Schell. We purchased the business in January of 2018, and continued to operate in the historic of downtown Mount Airy for the first year, where it had originally opened as a “Paint Your Own Pottery” shop in the old firehouse and called home since 2005. At the start of 2019, Firehouse Pottery made the transition to a larger studio space in Taneytown, as we continued to grow- which helped allow us to offer new and exciting projects for our customers. The community we have found here has been absolutely incredible, and we have felt our family grow with each new artist that walks through our studio doors.

We have already aided in many fundraisers and community events, and look forward to continuing to help pull the Taneytown community together to create. In addition, we are looking forward to continuing our growth and are confident that more than 25 years of experience in arts and crafts and more than 20 years of business experience will help aid in bringing our full vision for the studio to fruition.
