Something never leave you, something never fully heal and somethings creep up and make u wanna disappear. You have to remember to sit still and feel it all cry if u need to ask out loud why? Then u need to wipe your tears and as u are you need to tell yourself what an amazing job you have done to express your pain and actually experience it Then u slowly through the day make it a lil better and find new small ways to make urself happy of little things or even to be proud of making it through that day of hurt by just living thinking and then giving yourself the credit you deserve! BE GOOD TO YOURSELF AND ENCOURAGE AND LEARN TO GIVE YOURSELF CREDIT AND PRAISE FOR EVERYDAY U MAKE IT THROUGH HARDSH*T!

My oldest baby girl, and now a teenager but your my baby girl forever and that's that. Isn't she just breath taking. I'm so proud you guys have no idea, I love her so much and I love her personality and who is truly.
