I just turned 38 earlier this month and getting used to the idea that 40 is around the corner. I’m still not where I want to be, but I have faith that I will eventually get there. I’m thankful for everyone and everything that has been a positive influence on me and no matter the challenges, I will keep striving until my time is up.

Crunch Fitness held a challenge for squat, benchpress and deadlift.
So I'm giving it a go. My current weight is 169 and putting up 275 for 2 reps.
My current maximum is 295, but I'm trying to work back up to my PR at 315 again. Lockdown took some gains away, but i'll get it back.

Personal Trainer | Performance Artist | Indie Film Maker
Born 1985 in Queens, New York , Clint Alexander, is the eldest of 3 siblings and the only son of his parents, who immigrated from Haiti. During his juvenile years, Clint was raised in the household of his Grandfather, along with his extended family. Clint was physically competitive with family & friends. His childhood hobbies included watching martial arts films, demonstrations, playing basketball, bike riding, rollerblading, swimming, and sprinting.
Upon entering high school, he also picked up a passion for dance, which would set a foundation for his future endeavors, surrounding performance and entertainment. While a sophomore, Clint's grandfather became ill at 70 years old and passed away on his hospital bed, in front of the family, during Clint's Junior year.
Shortly after witnessing the death of his grandfather, Clint and his immediate family relocated to Central Florida's Gulf Coast, at 18 yrs old. There he met his wife Andrea in 2004, the mother of his 3 daughters and late son. A couple of years later, Clint Alexander enlisted in the Navy, traveled to several countries and even volunteered to assist in the devastating Haitian earthquake relief effort. The first time he visited his family's native country.
While in the Navy, Clint spent much of his free time on phone calls with his family, doing calisthenics, and practicing for dance competitions. After serving over 4 years of active duty, he was honorably discharged in late 2010, then shortly after pursued a career in Barbering in 2013. A profession which lasted a few years. During that period Clint was more competitively active in dance, while also continuing to progress in fitness.
Combining his passion for fitness and dance, he began practicing a hybrid art of rhythmic calisthenics. The art of gravity defying workouts, in a rhythmic way. Thus #MrAntiGravity was born, his theatrical alter ego, and searchable hashtag on social media platforms.
Upon realizing his passion for fitness in 2016, Clint gave up barbering to obtain his Personal Training Diploma, from the National Personal Training Institute. Shortly after graduating, he wanted to further his education, one last time, to learn the art of film production, in order to progress his journey into the film-making industry.
Today, Clint spends time balancing his life's responsibilities with his arts, while capturing his ideas and physical feats on video as a performance artist and master of different trades.
