The Boardr The Boardr is all about skateboarding. We create and run authentic skateboarding events. We also operate a skate shop both online and at our private TF in Tampa.

We create and run fun, authentic skateboarding events, both large and small. We work with small brands and series like Grind for Life and large brands on live broadcast events like X Games, Vans Pro Skate Park Series, adidas Skate Copa, Copenhagen Open, and more. Our event scoring and administration software, The Boardr Live™ powers the back end at nearly every major skateboarding event. The Boardr Global Rankings are the industry's most complete and current ranking system for professional and amateur skateboarding.

That’s our guy Wesley Box temporarily off the clock to rip here at Des Moines Streetstyle Open. Wes drove the truck and trailer from NYC last weekend and will be towing it home after this weekend, apparently braking only for those goth baddies.

We’re bummed to report that we had to make the difficult call to cancel this weekend’s Boardr Series stop at Seek Skateboard Camp in Sandy, OR. With just seven people signed up as of the Tuesday before the event, it’s just not enough for a quality contest. If you signed up, you have an email from us offering a refund or entry at another stop.

In the three decades we’ve been doing all ages contests, this is the first time this has ever happened. Interesting times out there.

We’ll see you at Fontana, CA (Aug 21 - 22) for Stop 9 and Des Moines, IA (Sept 25) for the Championships..

If you’re a subscriber to our newsletter, Rob Meronek will be speaking way more there than you’ll ever hear him speak in person. He will be elaborating on stats and contest participation, likely generating more questions than answers. Subscribe on our site and watch for that update.
