Free movements were definitely not for me last month after getting an injury. I can see the overall difference but it's not a problem. Because one step back equals two steps forward! Had a decent quick recovery afted mpving some stuff by myself last momth and causing injury to myself. Lesson learned call a friend! Now let's get back to this transformation!

I felt like my posture was really bad so the the last two weeks I rebuilt some things in the game loft! Starting with ths desk! I got the gerton tabletop from IKEA conpletely stained and glossed it myself! Got the topsky sit-stand frame off amazon. Also created the led diffuser for the bottom myself as well! It's been adventure let me tell you! But now I feel super comfortable!

Nothing like the feeling of a good workout! Take these the night before get some good sleep.... And then bam you going 200% the next morning. Focused and performing well with tons of strength!

Update: Been a busy start to the year got a lot of plans lined up and written out. Been dealing with my internet service provider for the past two weeks so we can get the stream connection conssitent due to the frame drops. But all should be well this tuesday! Also new desk coming in got an adjustable desk coming in! So stand up sit down will be a thing for proper posture! Will be also uploading a youtube video of my phenomenal cable management ;)

Go time for launch for Shadowlands! There's nothing I look forward to more than going back into expansion for WoW and then tearing up the battlefield! And yes we will be live on twitch!
