Open Mic at Cafe Hey Open Mic at Cafe Hey is an open platform for all performers in the Tampa area and beyond. We begin at 7 p.m. every Thursday.

Open Mic at Cafe Hey is open to all performers, from comedians to poets to musicians. every Thursday, with the sign-up sheet going up 10-15 minutes before then. Each performer has roughly 5 minutes to share his or her art! We're an open platform for everyone in the Tampa community and beyond. Tampa has also voted Cafe Hey Creative Loafing's Best of the Bay Best Open Mic for four years in a row! As long as you keep showing up, we'll keep offering you the space to speak.

Hey gang, we are aiming to start the Thursday night open mics at the end of the month alternating with a Thursday night live local music showcase. Let us know (via Instagram if you are able) if you have any interest in hosting.
