Self Healing explores the quiet strength it takes to mend yourself after being broken. The teddy bear, worn by time yet patiently stitching its own seams, represents resilience, self-compassion, childhood youth, and the courage to keep moving forward despite life's scars. Our wounds become part of our story; they don't diminish our worth.

I was looking through the family albums and found this little 2" photo booth photo of my parents when they were dating. I've blown it up and painting it in oils as a 12 x 16. When finished, I will have canvas prints made for my brothers.
