No Sunday scaries detected. Only Monday PositiviTEE! That's the wordplay philosophy of Sheila Kennedy, an educator and positive psychology coach who kicks off her work week by wearing a graphic tee with a motivational message.

"Savoring and anticipation really help elevate our positive emotion(s)," Kennedy told Daytime. "Why not look forward to Monday morning by going 'what shirt could I wear that's going to give me a smile?'"

By wearing positive t-shirts to work, she started a movement at her school and eventually on social media.

"It had that ripple effect," said Kennedy. "More and more teachers started wearing the t-shirts on Monday morning. When I started posting these on Instagram and sharing the science as well as how you could use it in your own life or how it could be a teachable moment with your students, more and more people wanted to be a part of it."
