I’ve been feeling pretty fatigued and bloated these last few months and honestly couldn’t figure out why… until sent me to get bloodwork done and sat down with me to thoroughly explain exactly what was going on with my body. ✨

I originally went in thinking peptides were the next step for me, but instead, she recommended I focus on getting my vitamin levels back up first and gave me a full plan to follow for the next 6–8 weeks before even discussing peptides further. And honestly? That alone was a huge green flag for me!!
Finding someone who genuinely cares about your wellbeing and wants to help you feel better….instead of just pushing treatments, makes all the difference. So grateful for you, my friend!!! ✨

When I woke up from surgery unable to move from the waist down; not even a toe, I wasn’t sure what the days ahead would look like. I was freshly postpartum with two babies, supposed to be home soaking in newborn cuddles and toddler chaos.
Instead, life had other plans for me.

I’ve been through this twice before but this journey specifically changed me, taught me that I am more resilient than I ever imagined I was, gratitude & just how powerful a mothers love is and what we can make possible for our kids.

These last 2 years have been a ride…. 2026 I am SO ready for you ✨
