The Sports Gin The Sports Gin is an indoor sports facility for local youth athletic training. We specialize in wrestling, baseball, and softball.

We are also the home of Tallassee's Cornhole Tournaments.

As of September 1st, Brent and I will no longer have The Sports Gin. Thank you to Rodney and Cindy Griffith for allowing us the opportunity. It was an extremely hard decision and an emotional one. Over the years, we have hosted wrestling practices, softball practice, baseball practices, private lessons, co****le tournaments, private events… you think it, we have probably done it…. Yes, even lived there. We have met some pretty amazing people thru The Sports Gin. We have had some good times investing in our community. When Brent came to me about moving into this location, I was terrified but his one goal was to provide a place for events and sports for our community. (Cough, cough wrestling) We just want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone that ever came to the gin. Thank you for supporting us and allowing us to be part of your events. We love our community and we are so excited for the future of this facility, it will always be special to our family.

My name is Haylee Osborne. I played for Tallassee Softball for 6 years, my 7th grade year to my senior year, and then continued playing at the University of Mobile for my freshman year of college. I played travel ball every summer from around the age of 12 to my senior year. Pitching was my primary position. I am going to start offering pitching lessons starting next Monday. I have been talking with Brent and Coach Pat about starting these up, after hearing that there was some interest. Pitching has always been what I have loved to do, and still love to do it any chance I get. Lessons will be 45 minutes for $45. Lessons will be bring your own catcher. For now lessons will be on Monday's for sure, but we'll be adding more days in the coming weeks.

Hey!!!! Announcement!! We have hitting and pitching lessons going on!! Dylan Hathcock and Derek are doing hitting and pitching lessons!! Also we are adding Pat Love to our team of doing hitting lessons for Baseball and softball. Plz reach out to Dylan and Derek for lessons!! Pat loves schedule for hitting lessons, will be 5pm. 6pm. And 7pm. Mondays, Wednesday’s. $45 a lesson. Plz message the sports gin to set up an appointment with pat. Book now. Time slots are limited.

CO****LE TOURNAMENT ALERT!!!!
Tallassee 10u Boys Allstars are going to the World Series!! We are doing a fundraiser co****le tournament this Friday night!! 7-1-22, Doors open at 6pm. Bags fly at 7pm. We will do a blind draw, byop and if time allows a singles. $20 a person for the blind. $50 a team for BYOP, and $25 per for singles. . 50/50 split between winners and the team for blind draw. BYOP WILL NOT BE A MONEY PAY OUT., we will be giving out the very big. Very nice co****le championship belts for first and trophies for 2nd and 3rd place. We will pay out places depending on the participation in the blind and singles tournaments. We will have hotdogs for sale along with chips and drinks and candies. All proceeds will be going to the team. Plz share and share. We would like to make this a great event and fun night.

We are a small-town volunteer fire department located in Tallassee, Al. As an annual fundraiser, we invite all fathers & father figures to treat your special little lady to an enchanting evening under the stars. We will provide dinner, music, formal pictures and a night to remember Saturday, February 26th from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Friendship Fire Department located at 4544 Friendship Rd., Tallassee, AL.

This is a fundraiser for Friendship Fire Department planned by Effortless Events located in Tallassee. The cost is $35 per couple, $5 for each additional young lady.

Late post!! We are playing tomorrow night. 2 blinds. $15 per person per tournament!! Doors open at 6 bags fly at 7pm. Joby Newman will be running the show. He did a great job last week. Come hang out and have fun.
