Are We a Good Fit for You?
What makes Monster Mountain Training Academy different?
We’re here to support your rider on and off the track—and to support your family along the way.
More Than Just Riding
Every training day starts in the gym with a warm-up and stretching session. After riding, we finish the day with an afternoon workout/gym session focused on building strength, fitness and overall athletic performance.
Individual Attention
Big rider numbers can be exciting, but we believe quality coaching matters more. We work to maintain a low rider-to-trainer ratio so every rider gets the attention and coaching they need. With 3 trainers currently on staff each day, your rider gets plenty of individual attention to help them make progress and reach the next level.
Nutrition & Performance
Want to learn how to get the most out of your body? We offer weekly athletic nutrition guidance and education, along with individualized help and support throughout the week. Riders learn how proper nutrition, hydration and recovery can help them perform at their best.
Mental Coaching
Want to build a stronger mindset, stay calm under pressure or learn how to push through adversity?
We’ve got you covered there too. Riders participate in mental coaching sessions, with additional individual support throughout the week when needed.
Rider Resumes
Need a rider resume? We can help!
We can create an effective rider resume for you, or teach you how to build, update and maintain your own.
Sponsorship Guidance
Rider sponsorship can be confusing. Which sponsors are actually a good fit? What are companies looking for from the riders who represent them? We help riders and families better understand the ins and outs of sponsorship, what sponsors are looking for and how to represent themselves professionally.
Family Matters Here
Family engagement is a huge part of what we’re about. We have weekly family gatherings and dinners, and we schedule group outings, activities and game nights whenever time allows. We are a family here at Monster Mountain, and we strive to make this feel like home from day one.
Academics & Study Hall
No matter which academic program you've chosen for your rider—or for siblings staying on-site—we're here to help keep them moving toward their weekly academic goals. We have multiple Study Hall times set aside each week. This is structured, quiet time without distractions so riders can focus and get their work done. During Study Hall, they have access to Wi-Fi, a printer, school and office supplies, Chromebooks and help with schoolwork when needed.
The goal is simple: keep everyone making progress and on track—whether they are on the track, in the gym and in the classroom.
And the best part?
ALL of this is included in your training session fee.
No extra programs. No extra coaching fees. No additional charges.
Well...unless you count contributing or bringing your favorite food to one of our family dinners. 😉
At Monster Mountain Training Academy, we aren't here just to make better riders. We're here to help develop stronger, more confident and well-rounded athletes while supporting the families behind them.
On the bike. Off the bike. In the classroom. As a family.
MAKE PROGRESS. NOT EXCUSES.
