We had so many amazing submissions to our “Draw this in your style” logo challenge. Some by current or past vendors, organizers, local supporters, or people who support from afar.

We loved seeing the variety of mediums, including digital Illustration, CNC or CAD path program, collage, and found objects.

These designs added so much to our event’s experience to have them projected HUGE at the Challenger Learning Center. Your creativity is inspiring.

Riso rules.

We are so thankful to FSU printmaking for bringing in a Riso machine to the Challenger Learning Center for our live Riso activity.

Extra special thanks to organizing committee member and FSU associate professor Daniel Luedtke for helping print more than a hundred dual color Riso prints throughout the day.

We are so thankful for those who donated to our GoFundMe and other forms for helping support resources for activities like this, so they can be free and open to all.

We ❤️our vendors 🥹 Some old faces. Some new. All creative. Whether letterpress or journal decorators, whether they had one zine or hundreds. Some are activists while others are part of a band or representing an organization or a student experimenting with a medium of print. Some had activities like make your own zine, how to draw hands, or a multi table scavenger hunt to collect planetary stamps. Thank you to all of our wonderful vendors for being so inspiring and just for being you! Thanks for a wonderful 8th Tally Zine Fest! We can’t wait till TZF2027!

We are still dwelling in the memories of last week’s 8th zine fest in Tallahassee. We managed to fit so many different artists inside the Challenger Learning Center. Some vendors traveled from Jacksonville, Pensacola and elsewhere while others live up the block. We are so thankful for everyone who came out and made this year possible (many pictures to go!)

We’re so thankful for our creative community ❤️

Thanks to the hundreds of people who came out to celebrate the Zine and DIY community. Some stumbled into Challenger from Springtime Tallahassee (or later No Kings Rally), while others have been following us since the first fest in 2018.

Many thanks to all who attended our “Comic Zine” and “Character Design and how it works” workshops this weekend at TallyZineFest. Each were filled to capacity and everyone seems very ecstatic with the results.
