I keep trying to delete this page however member activity keep it going for some reason.

This being said, are you wanting Tallahassee Comic Con to return? If it does it would be much bigger than ever before. If I do bring it back, changes would be made that Verity wanted but we could never afford. It more than likely not be this year, but maybe 2022.

So, with that in mind, sleep on it.

Tallahassee Comic Con will no longer be taking place. Verity, my wife passed away November 10th 2019 when a drunk driver hit us head on , severely injuring me and killing Verity.

Thank you for the years here in Tallahassee, but I cannot continue on doing this without her.

Stan Lee, the creator of Marvel Comics, reportedly passed away on November 12 in Hollywood.

Tallahassee Comic Con will not be taking place this year (2018). We will premier the new convention name early 2019 after we make the legal name change and rewrite our corporate paperwork due to the San Diego Comic-Con / Salt Lake Comic Con court ruling.

Due to the ruling in this case we must change our name to remain legal. This will take some doing because the entire length of our Bylaws are written with this name. Please see the following statement.

The annual gathering of nerds in your town may have to change its name soon, as a judge in California has followed a jury verdict and ruled that Salt Lake Comic Con infringed on San Diego Comic-Con’s trademark of the “comic con” name. That comes from Deadline, which says the judge only awarded...
