I am truly sad to say that today was the last day for Arts Dojo classes in Tallahassee, FL. It has been so fun getting to know, teach and love all of my students and their families over the past 5 years! I will truly miss each and every one of you. I wish you all the best and please keep in touch! (If you're ever in Central FL text me to drop in for a class!! I'd love love love to have you ♥)

A snuggled shoulder position in an inverted can make the position harder to hold.
This is because when an artist inverts with their spine is more rounded pulling their hips away from the apparatus and moving their center of mass away from the hanging point.
With an engaged shoulder position and an open chest, it is easier to have the artist stack their hips over their shoulders, to find a balanced position.
Here you will see the biggest difference with artist .Marissa is that her hips are much closer to her hands.
