TCC Dance Company To watch us dance is to hear our hearts sing! Welcome to Tallahassee's hidden gem, the Tallahassee Community College Dance Company. Not a student at TCC?

Here dancers of all ages, talents, dance styles, and dance levels can come together for the purpose of furthering their dance goals. No problem we welcome members as young as high school seniors along with students from FSU and FAMU. TCCDC is a professional performing company. We perform in as many as 6-10 shows a month, both locally and out of state. We perform any and all styles of dance with co

re training in classical ballet. Class opens with classical ballet bar warm ups and modern conditioning and stretching. Follow this with hip-hop, contemporary, folkloric, modern, ballet, jazz, theatre jazz, and even comedic routines, there is a niche for every member of the company. Auditions are held annually in the fall semester and are announced 3 weeks before start of term.

TCC Dance Company will be hosting open auditions for those interested in many dance genres. We are getting ready for the current performing season that includes local and out of town performances starting August 28 until the first two weekends in December. For more information, contact Aurora Torres-Hansen at 850-321-1114 or e-mail her at [email protected] or [email protected]. We work with local, national and international choreographers and we encourage members to try their hand at choreography.Rehearsals are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 pm extra rehearsals as needed because of upcoming performances. The first performance will be on August 26 at Cascades Park.
We meet at the Lifetime Sports Complex Aerobics studio.
