Soy-wasabi butter mushroom burgers, teriyaki sesame baked eggplant, and fries with furikake seasoning with wasabi mayonnaise!

This might be my most complete regional burger dish I’ve ever made! I was watching the summer olympics today and inspiration came flying out of me to go overboard with a Japanese inspired burger dish. This is the burger of the 2021 Summer Olympics! Complete with Japanese beer!

Asian seasoning rubbed tri tip steak with a traditional japchae noodle side. Used some of the extra gochujang sauce from yesterday for a small dip for the steak. Checked the block on grilling an oversized steak today while drinking one to honor all.

This is what happens when you make a burger patty 75% beef and 25% chopped mushrooms! Added in everything bagel seasoning along with salt and pepper. Topped with smoked Gouda, butter lettuce, and a gochuchang sauce for that extra kick. Added a side of rosemary fries and extremely good yet extremely oversized roasted artichokes stuffed to the brim with garlic. Might skips a few meals after eating this tonight!

Charred scallion beef and pork burger with Swiss cheese and a fresh herb mayonnaise!

Just like the title says this one is easy and beyond delicious. Char the green onions on the grill. Mix the beef and pork together with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. For the Mayo add fresh oregano, basil, garlic, and dill. Toss a slice of Swiss on it and show off how much bunch of a BAM you are in the burger world.

It doesn’t get much better than this one if you’re looking for something different. Diced up a side of and my mom’s garden fresh tossed in teriyaki. Roasted some up the veggie count! Will #100 be cooking this one up again!!

In true Valentine’s Day spirit we stayed home and cooked a giant over the top meal. Homemade steamed bao buns, homemade egg rolls, and a soba noodle recipe that was bomb! Not sure we’ve ever put together a menu as delicious and complete at this one!
