One of my FAVORITE things about owning my own business is that I can make whatever the hell I want, whenever the hell I want, for absolutely no reason other than “I want this.” 😭

So anyway, I made myself All-American Rejects logo earrings because apparently owning a business means I can turn my emotional support music into wearable jewelry.

Their music has been one of my biggest inspirations and has gotten me through SO much shi-... I mean, crap (sorry for almost cursing mom) over the years, so naturally the only reasonable response was to put the logo on earrings and wear them like a tiny, jangly monument to my musical trauma. 💀

Do I need them? No. Did I make them anyway? Absolutely. Will I be making more completely unnecessary things just because I can? You already know.

Support small businesses because sometimes we need to spend 4 hours making something ridiculously specific for ourselves. 😂🖤

Reports indicate that a suspicious creature carrying an unreasonable amount of handmade jewelry has been spotted migrating toward the Bigfoot Festival...

It's me.

I'LL BE SET UP AT THE BIGFOOT FESTIVAL.

Come rummage through the shiny hoard, adopt some delightfully unhinged earrings, dice, and other handmade chaos before either Bigfoot or another cryptid beats you to it.

If you hear rustling in the trees, don't panic. It's probably just me setting up... ...or Bigfoot shopping.

After extensive testing conducted by a raccoon that illegally accessed the FDA's Wi-Fi from a Waffle House dumpster, we are pleased to announce that ALL OF MY EARRINGS HAVE BEEN FOUND TO CONTAIN EXACTLY ZERO (0) CYCLOSPORA PARASITES.

Symptoms of wearing my earrings may include:
✨ Looking fabulous.
✨ Receiving compliments from strangers.
✨ Becoming emotionally attached to tiny pieces of beadwork.
✨ An overwhelming urge to buy another pair.

Symptoms that have NOT been associated with my earrings include:
❌ Explosive diarrhea.
❌ Cyclospora infection.
❌ Calling out of work because your stomach declared war.

If, after purchasing my earrings, you somehow develop Cyclospora, the CDC would probably recommend looking at literally anything you ate—not your earrings.

This Oklahoma heat is no joke, so please take care of yourselves!
💧 Drink plenty of water—even if you don't feel thirsty. 🧢 Take breaks in the shade or air conditioning when you can. 🌡️ Be extra careful if you work or spend a lot of time outside.

If you're taking certain medications, you may be at a higher risk for dehydration or overheating. This can include some medications for ADHD, blood pressure, allergies, depression, anxiety, and other conditions.

Don't stop or change your medication on your own, but it's a good idea to talk with your doctor or pharmacist if you have questions about staying safe in the heat.

Take care of yourselves, check in on your friends and family, and let's all make it through this summer safely! ❤️

May your hot dogs be slightly overcooked, your sparklers last longer than three seconds, and your lawn chairs survive the night.

Go forth and make questionable decisions... but not too questionable.

Please try your absolute best to not burn anything to the ground, keep all your fingers attached, and remember that "hold my drink" is rarely the beginning of a good idea.

Enjoy the booms. Respect the explosives. Hydrate occasionally. Cause only the amount of chaos that your local fire department would consider "manageable."
