We are so bummed to have to cancel our first week of aerial classes with .

She has flu like symptoms, fire in the throat and chest, fever and body aches. She has decided to postpone the drop in classes for the following week and then start up the intensives the week after. We will keep you all posted on her heath.

These aerial fabric basic intensives are designed to build from the ground up. We will get you upside down and flying while building strength and flexibility. As the student progresses throughout the 5 weeks she/he will learn simple poses and tricks, eventually putting these building blocks together into a beautiful and fluid movement of expression.

Each 5-week intensive will focus on a specific concentration to guide you through your journey in aerial fabric. Test the water by just taking one or jumpstart your aerial training and sign up for both!

NO prior experience necessary, ALL students welcome!

NOTE: Intensives are a commitment style class and there will be no refunds or credits for missing a class.

Sling Thrills and Skills: Dynamic Sling
5:30p-7:00p
In this workshop we will explore dynamic hammock moves and pathways with momentum work, twirly mounts, innovative roll-ups, unexpected twists and fun transitions. Get ready to fall in love with the hammock! This workshop is designed for Intermediate/advanced students.
*Pre requisites: Hammock experience is suggested but not required, ability to invert on the ground and in the air multiple times.

Rope Choreography: Dynamic rope 7:15p-8:45p
Students will be learning dynamic rope choreography that offers small drops, fun wraps and smooth transitions. This workshop will help to expand creative pathways and understanding of rope theory. I will be sharing my own invented combos and moves from other artists, we will blend it all together step by step, making a lovely rope piece.
*Pre requisites: Ability to invert in the air multiple times, understaning of basic wraps like hipkey, thight hitch and s-wrap.
