Siren Arts Tahoe City Siren Arts envisions an overhaul of the old Tahoe City firehouse into a community based, multi-use space with programming emphasis on arts and culture.

We are a local grassroots organization with a mission to bring a multi-use community space centered around arts and culture to Tahoe City, California. The Firehouse Project:

Siren Arts envisions an overhaul of the existing Tahoe City firehouse structure into an architecturally iconic, multi-use space. The space would be used as a cultural, artistic and community center for the North Lake Tahoe

area. Possible opportunities in this new space include artist studio space, a curated public gallery space, and adaptive spaces to be used for performances, community meetings, and other local events, gatherings and educational endeavors. Through Placer County support, along with the consulting services of Artspace, we hope to identify key elements that will determine the feasibility of creating a successful, affordable, self-sustaining arts development project.
