Belly Dance Classes in Tacoma $14 for drop-in, $120 for 10 sessions! Beginning Belly Dance: Monday 7-8pm, Tuesday 8-9pm, Thursday 11am-12pm. Belly Dance Burn: Saturdays 11am-12pm

Continuing Belly Dance: 8-9pm Monday, 9pm-10PM Tuesday. An effective recreational activity. One does not have to be proficient in the dance to derive enjoyment from the physical release and workout it provides. It can be practiced by individuals at all levels of physical ability. The individual that is a beginner to physical activity will find that they can work at their own pace, and so not strai

n themselves beyond their abilities, as happens in some other forms of physical exertion. In addition, the individual who feels that they are in top condition will find themselves challenged with physical movements. Come see Kat’s passion for this dance and teaching!
