This home was lost to the LA fires of last year. It's still very much a reality for many people, still coping while moving forward through the loss. Last November, I drove through the area during a visit to LA and it was hard to see. So, when messages like these reach me, it really warms my heart to know that it brings about good feelings and memories of the life lived there ❤️

Finding gratitude in every little thing has been something I’m trying to do daily. And these random numbers are something I am truly grateful for and all the more grateful for YOU. I may not get a ton of likes, share or followers (2 of the shares are from me 🤣🤣) but please know, I appreciate everyone who’s supported me in every way. In all honesty, there are many times when I thought of just walking away because it has been hard getting “work” on top of dealing with that changes that come to women in their 40’s 🥴 has taken a toll on my whole being. But every time I push through and create something every now and then, those red hearts and the shares, they bring me back. You guys bring me back, so please know how much I appreciate you all. If you only knew how great it feels ❤️

Oh Stone Ave home ❤️

There’s a lot to be said of this place, some of it you couldn’t make up- specially the things that have happened outside and around the area. If you’re from Seattle and know about Aurora Ave that’s all you need to know 🤣. But the lot of it is about the people, lives and memories in this place. It’s homed many a people including us for 2 years when we had no clue what the future held for us, it gave us a soft place to land. We will always be thankful and indebted to the Conde/Facundo family for taking us in. It was honestly one of the best times ❤️

8 years ago I made a sign for a young girl turning 13. 8 years later I made a sign for her 21st birthday. Time man… it’s cruel for how fast it passes, but such a great reminder of how far we’ve come. It’s made me grateful for those who have supported me in this art career of mine through the years. I have to say, I think holds the track record of commissions thus far 🤣 Thank you Letty and family for entrusting me with some of the special moments in your lives all these years! Happy 21st birthday !
