Hello my name is Levi Lyon (more about me & my petition + fundraiser link ๐๐ป below). I attended Washington DCโs National Cannabis Festival as a lobbyist and policy speaker last year (April 20th 2024). I appreciated & value the de-scheduled and decriminalized stance in which vendors from neighboring states and jurisdictions were able to participate in what felt like a cannabis market setting. Itโs important to me the education & enlightenment regarding the biochemistry of this plant be discussed. No one โ๐ผ , including our President, Congress, leaders of country or the White House should be overlooking the chemical crisis and nutrient/food desert that exists across America as we talk about likely the most nutritious plant known to US. The President would never shut down a farmers market would he? Why would the government want to be blamed for a malnutrition scandal? Why would our sitting President or Go๏ฟผvernor want to be responsible for furthering a chemical crisis in which chemical crazy spirals out of control? Anyone looking at the history of cannabis knows that cannabis was demonized to benefit the oligarchs/cartels or Big-business players such as oil industry, cotton, timber, โHarmaceutical/pharmaceuticalโ Monopolists etc. We must look beyond the demonization and lies of the past and focus on the science + peer review testimonies. We must not forget the fact that cannabis has killed nobody with its intoxication. Let it be mentioned โthe intoxicantsโ or nutrients are actually a form of Hormesis or a signaling process similar to going to the gym for our molecular body. In the fight for sovereign bodily autonomy, we should all be checking our endo cannabinoid system into the gym & discovering or communicating to our internal doctor regularly.
We can look at the ECS as a master reset program in a computer ๐ป, where if a program crashes, as in one of Organs/systems becomes frozen or glitchy we can do a hard reset. This reset happens when we take a time out and meditate and listen to the subtle intuitions by the body (interestingly, cannabis helps put our brain ๐ง into a theta-brain-wave state or meditative state) & helps us LOOK ๐ WITHIN. ๐
We have a plant that creates homeostasis when eating fresh and raw! Whatโs really going on here? I have some more clues and subject matter below, to paint a bigger picture ๐ผ๏ธ.

What we are talking about is a plant acting as a leviathan, encompassing hundreds of fruits/vegetables/plants uniquely compacted into a nutrient concoction. A plant with massive healing powers, meant mainly for our digestive system, immune system/Cb2 receptors, & the ECS (Endo Cannabinoid System ๐๐ป The system that regulates all systems of the body). The ECS system distributes๏ฟผ these biochemicals processed by our gut buddies (Akkermansia) that then convert the sunโs photon energy stored in plants into electrical impulses. Holy wow ๐คฏ I hope youโre following and noticing the ecosystem in play here. Our body can heal, repair and find its thrive zone or โGlow-Stateโ I call it, if we put all of the essential nutrients into our body for Gut-processing. I know in my heart that God put this plant on this earth for this moment in which our world would slip out of chemical balance. This is the time in which we need the policy to change and an entire nation to gain access to a plant. A plant cultivar or chemovar which can be personalized for our own DNA or Disease symptoms. This is that moment in which we all need our own internal doctor guiding us into homeostasis. When the person or individual finds homeostasis, they now have the energy and ability to help others or guide others into the same remedy ๐๐ป๐๐.
As our country battles with a broken healthcare system, our natural ancient healthcare continues to be oppressed. The lies, the propaganda, the bias, the prejudice all still continue to outweigh the truth, and the science that has emerged over the last several years. Iโm talking about review by peers (millions of people attended our 30 year H**pfest festival). Peer review and scientific studies conclude the plant has homeostatic remedy, especially when eaten as a food. Remember the very same chemical identifiers in the form of terpenes, flavonoids, tannins, polyphenols, & cannabinoids (Biochemicals) exist in all other plants and even moms breast milk. How can we continue to overlook all the facts or fall further into propaganda perspective without addressing the RIGHT & LIBERTY ๐ฝ to choose our best chemical self. This is a human rights movement in which President Trump should do the right thing and free cannabis for all of us to participate in and for all of us to profit from. We need a free enterprise market in which the policies allow for everybody to participate in a health and wellness industry. We must work together to bring homeostasis to the world at large. Homeostasis can be accomplished by the individual when the individual has access to entheogens+guidestones. When the individual is healed by plant foods and medicines, the fractal equation for mass healing is initiated & shared ๐ซถ๐ป๐ฅฐ! Why/How? Because we all learn from eachother or are influenced or evolve from our environment, especially with such fun & simple methods of health preventative maintenance. The cannabis culture and community has the potential to bring its healing recipe to the masses with time in the kitchen (Cannabis culinary arts), a little education, + pressure from the public. Now, if we can just get past the unconstitutional laws and predatory policies established by phase 2 of the oligarchs/cartels scheme (Recreational Cannabis = Corporatized Establishment in Washington/Colorado and controlled/progressed by organizations like CANNRA) and their attempt to prevent us from assembling or rightfully accessing our medical NEEDS .
