We do lots and lots of septum (and other nose) piercings.

As of August 2026, our pricing for a septum piercing appointment starts at $90 before tax. That includes

- our basic implant-grade jewelry
- the piercing fee
- a bottle of sterile saline for your aftercare

We have a LOT of jewelry options, so your price may vary depending on the piece you choose.

Everything you need to know about our TANDEM PIERCING option ↓

💜 Tandem piercing is very common for us to do for our piercing clients ages 5-8.

💜 HOWEVER, tandem piercing is available by request for all piercings and all age ranges! Please request this option by booking from Friday-Monday and letting our jewelry specialists know you’d like tandem piercing when you check in for your appointment!

💜 Tandem piercing must be requested ahead of time, no matter your age, because we need to ensure that two piercers are available and that our staff is all on the same page.

💜 Finally, tandem piercing is currently only available Friday through Monday. If you would like to be pierced tandem but have a weekday appointment, please contact us so we can help you further.

RECONSTRUCTED ANATOMY. Tummy tucks and sewn-up, stretched ears are the most common reconstructions we see and re-pierce.

The first slide shows one of our tummy tuck clients at her check-up appointment, shortly after her piercing was done. In the second slide, we swapped her healed piercing for a dangle.

We suggest waiting 2 years after your reconstructive surgery before getting pierced. Then, we recommend getting pierced here at TBP and taking advantage of what is included in your piercing price (all of our clients receive a free check-up post-piercing)!

Our piercers use A LOT of care and caution with these clients/cases because of the scar tissue involved. A good aftercare routine and check-ups are definitely needed!!!

OUR BRAND NEW CHAIN FABRICATION SERVICE JUST DROPPED!

We’ve been making custom chains for a long time and this client’s nose chain is a great example of what can be done.

Because everyone’s anatomy is different, custom measurements are *super* important. It’s the reason you can’t really buy a chain online and install it yourself. Some chains are too long and others are too tight. An uncomfortable chain can also lead to … a painful snagging situation. 😅
