At 734 Pac Ave. and 733 Commerce St in Tacoma, Washington sits the Flagship venue for the company. 733arts, founded by On Point B.E.M. LLC, owner A.Frieson is a non-profit arts organization that inhabits the second and third floor of the building. Currently, the organization umbrellas’s Tacoma Urban Performing Arts Center which currently resides on the third-floor of the building. Tacoma’s brand new LPFM station KTQA 95.3 FM has a radio and podcast studio in the second-floor of.
