I can finally share with you all what I was feverishly working on at the beginning of the month! A Fairy Queen ensemble for the Labyrinth of Jareth Ball in Los Angeles!
The original maker was unable to fulfill the commission so I swooped in at the last moment and saved the day and I'm so glad that everything turned out well and my dear friend Casey Disney is pleased with the result 🥰

Upcycled this hoodie that I've had for many years. Cropped it, put the pocket on the chest, used the excess fabric to make drawstring bell sleeves, and painted details with black patent leather paint.

I may add to it as time goes on but for now I'm working on a matching dress with some gray striped jersey fabric that I've had on hand for way too long.

What do you think? Do you want one? My girlfriend is jealous so I'm considering making a few others y'all can cop.

Sometimes one your best friends is in pain and says "something is wrong please help", so you end up doing an impromptu battlefield pelvic exam and find some treasure. Yes you read that right, this copper IUD decided to abort itself and I helped extract it, culminating in this beautiful cursed still life, loosely inspired by Botticelli's Birth of Venus.

IUD harvested from Cybill Troy featuring found beach items, and several minerals/gems such as lapiz lazuli, moss agate, quartz, aquamarine, and kyanite
